Why do you think Apple would develop an x86 chip over other architectures?
- KSS42 8y agoI read that as a competitor to x86.

- syncsynchalt 8y agoAnd beyond that, what if Apple proves out a method for efficiently emulating x86 on ARM (like they did with Rosetta, which was considered an infeasible emulation of register-rich PPC on x86?)
