This is a pile of corporate mambo jumbo. We know what’s going on. This is not about policy. Jeff session is not a politician. He’s a disgusting deranged person, with a horrible track record in targeting civil rights in the USA, which he’s been working to dismantle for years. This is not going to change by “working together”.
Microsoft and other companies need to make sure they don’t have their IBM in Nazi Germany moment, and pull the plug out on any cloud services or others they are providing, with which this adminstration is performing crimes against humanity.
I really didn’t think I can hate Microsoft more than I already do.
- Ancalagon 8y agoI mean, I agree with what you're saying, but its kind of to be expected. Microsoft has very little to lose, trying to sway public opinion and encouraging more lax immigration laws, and a lot to gain. Easier immigration would ease the cost of developers for the company, and adding the "save the children" flair is just good PR (not to mention I imagine a number of employees/managers agree with that stance).
- onyva 8y agoWhat does it have to do with easier immigration law? Whatever the law the USA wants to enact thats their right, of course. What they’re doing now are crimes. They need to stop performing these crimes. Microsoft and other USA tech companies need to pull the plug.
