- BlackFly 8y agoObviously you cannot just allow copyright infringement because you are a small content provider. However, this particular article would not apply to you. You would have the ordinary duties already in law. Once you start to be large, then this article places an obligation on you to work with copyright holders directly in an appropriate and proportionate amount. Other than misreading or ignoring parts of the law, I don't really see how it is unreasonable.
