Although this does nothing to solve the overall problem (which should not be understated!), you can personally not only delete specific videos in your view history but TURN OFF the logging of video views. See https://myactivity.google.com https://myactivity.google.com
If only we could get everyone to turn it off en masse.
- anigbrowl 8y agoOh sure, I should have clarified that I'm not drowning in unwanted stuff but rather that it's interesting how YouTube tries to prioritize that content, presumably because of its normal stickiness.
