Reading through it, it sounds very exciting and productive for people who already know what it is and can use it.
But for a complete newbie. Say someone who can write an app and push it to Heroku, what is this and why might it be worth trying out?
- antics 8y agoPulumi is meant to replace CloudFormation/ARM Templates/Kubernetes YAML. So if you write those things to provision infrastructure, this could be for you. If you are writing (e.g.) Rails code that you `git push` to a PaaS like Heroku, then they're provisioning this infrastructure on your behalf. So this is a bit lower level than that.
