I think more often than not I'd like to know why rather than who...
- lotusleaf1987 16y agoI would like to know both. If it's the same person over and over again then fine you basically have some person who decided they don't like you for whatever reason. But what bugs me the most is when you get down-voted and no one even replies to disagree, have some courage people. See what I mean, apparently the first rule about down-voting is not to mention down-voting. Get a life you cowards who can't even reply.
