- charlesdm 8y agoBut isn't this person the person in charge within the SEC for setting the policy? It seems unlikely his opinion will be different from the official stance.
- nerdponx 8y agoEven if one person is in charge, policy is not set in isolation. Their opinion will weigh on the decision but it will not be the decision.
