If you're in New York City or the San Francisco Bay Area, ScriptEd (https://scripted.org/volunteer/ https://scripted.org/volunteer/) offers opportunities to teach programming to students at under-resourced high schools. It's especially rewarding because these are students who are least likely to be exposed to this material in their normal curriculum. If your employer is OK with you taking half days twice a week to volunteer, then I strongly recommend it. It's a unique growth opportunity.
