> Have a little kid and make the mistake of attaching a credit card to the app store account. iOS and Android have parental controls where you can lock out/limit IAPs for an account or device to counteract this. I agree the whole practice is shady, but there are at least tools to prevent some of the worst scenarios. Which was not always the case.
