I hate password restrictions. They are dumb and make people use more easily guessable passwords, because otherwise the user themselves is unable to remember. It's like, okay, I need uppercase, a symbol, a number, oh well, I'll just use my password, camelCased, with an underscore and my favorite number appended.
Especially for some bullshit service that I have no real interest in having an account for in the first place. Love it or hate it, at least OAuth with Google or Facebook or Microsoft cuts down on that nonsense a little bit.
