Agree, but unstated is that it would be best not to have to actually do this. Often bipolar people overestimate how much others can see into their skulls. A polite but tired-looking “under the weather with allergies” look & feel with coworkers can paper over a month of crimes. Ex-wife was bipolar but a fighter and I could not believe what she survived intact at tech companies.
