- ggg9990 8y ago“Barbaric” is largely a matter of opinion. What I find barbaric is that someone press on some of the most vulnerable people in society, ruins their lives, and is allowed to proceed with just a library fine. It doesn’t create any negative incentive for the next person thinking about doing this, which the needle certainly would.
