nbviewer is a handy tool but it doesn't actually host your notebooks for you - you have to link from somewhere else (like Github). Binder hosts the Jupyter environments but has no publishing feature. What we've tried to do is combine the features of Github (notebook hosting) and Medium so you can publish professional-looking blogs from directly within the Jupyter environment. We also support Jupyterlab, Jupyter's next-gen UI. In effect, your entire data science workflow can be conducted on one central platform.
