Not sure if your insurance has it, but my health insurance has a website where I can login to it to view my EOBs/etc and also has a section to lookup doctors in the area that accept my insurance. Either way, sending positive thoughts your way and hope you can find someone helpful :(. Struggling with mental health can be a profoundly shitty time.
