I own a bar, and am using it to fund a new business. It's a great business, if you can get into a popular spot. Only caveat: it takes a lot of discipline to manage large amounts of cash. If you have a problem with drugs or prostitutes, you will fail. It's not your cash... it's next week's payroll, liquor order, rent, etc.
