- sobani 8y agoNo, having more children will lower the value of the property you currently live in.
- sobani 8y agoflip-side of that: The value of your property depends on the value of the properties around you. Therefore, if you intend to sell your home, 'remove' some children in your neighborhood and you can increase your asking price!
