Given that Zillow home value 'estimates' are poor, often all over the map in areas with near idential homes, I would not take anyting they offer up with more than a grain of salt.
- lev99 8y agoTo be fair to Zillow, looking at historical home sale data is a much easier problem then predicting what a home will sell for the future.
