The other goal of "unlimited vacation" is that companies don't have to pay out banked vacation days upon end of employment.
- user5994461 8y agoI guess that depends on the jurisdiction. I worked at a company with unlimited vacations and they had to pay. It got quite complicated to estimate due days when employees started leaving in droves and there was no record of any holiday taken.
