Most of the things you mentioned are not related to bank accounts, they are related to having a Swedish Personnumber (Swedish national ID number). It is perfectly possible to live in Sweden using an international bank account, I have friends who do it, and you can use for buying train/bus tickets and pay in any shop that has card readers. I never saw "Swedish cards", what are those?
