I like the first video better, it gets to the point and explains the value to the writer. With the second one, you're almost putting words in my mouth. I might not agree that I'm scared of that question. What I would change is to show the value prop you offer to the agents and publishers better. I'm sure they get enough good authors and manuscripts sent to them, why would they take their time to browse your site? I'm not sure if they would consider top-rated content on a website as pre-screened enough for them.
