Do we know which animals experience the most R.E.M. sleep, or if humans display atypical R.E.M. sleep characteristics compared to other animals?
- Felz 8y agoNot a direct answer, but immediate REM sleep is a symptom of narcolepsy. So the animal displaying the most REM sleep is probably a narcoleptic human. It just makes you tired, no matter how much sleep you get.
