HATEOAS is a great idea. So is CQRS + event sourcing. But the implementation doesn't live up to the idea on paper.
- jmakeig 8y agoHATEOAS is designed so clients and servers can evolve independently, like on the open web. If you control both ends, HATEOAS is probably overkill. (And that’s ok.)
