Chatbots are a feature, not a product. I'm not a customer, but I would say Lemonade seems to have successfully used a chat-style bot as the main feature to onboard new customers. To me, I see context-driven "Google" searches such as WolframAlpha as more valuable than holding a text-style conversation with a bot.
