Just like many other here, I feel very smart now :D. My friend was all neck deep into hype. Yet never could explain how would he train the chatbot to learn all the facts about the business(es). And in end all chatbot could do is act like decision tree with some NLP to extent it could understand few variations. Which is great but very few limited business use cases, and poor use case for support unless you want your users to hate you.
