Chatbots are an infantilization. Just give me a list of commands I can type straight in and quit with the fake human bit. Chatbots are basically command lines with some guidance for non expert users. Convenient when you don’t want to build a bunch of custom GUI for new features but often gives a worse user experience when the commands are dreadfully buried in long winded conversations.
