- m-p-3 8y agoAMD's TDP and CPU power consumption made mid/high-range laptops mostly unviable. They really improved with Ryzen.
- nolok 8y agoThe last generation of AMD chips before ryzen were eating power like it was cake. You don't want your ultrabook to sport a gigantic power block and last 10 minutes on battery ...
