It depends on the store. In my experience it's kind of a reflection of the local community.
- AmVess 8y agoIt's primarily a reflection on the store manager's desire and ability to run a store well. There are two Lowe's in my area. Same demographics. One has lethargic employees and is poorly stocked and in disarray. The other one is neat as a pin.
