I don't think so. I think you of have to catch the people who haven't adopted docker yet, and the people who have "aging" codebases ("last gen"). Convince a few of them to convert, see good gains and "easier maintenance", get a groundswell, and go.

Docker acquired unikernel.org awhile back, so another path to adoption could be for them to roll something useful out to users of the existing docker pipeline.
