Yup, to expand on that you don't even need to make it bespoke. Just having the option to mirror a floor plan makes a huge difference in how well you can use a plan. We did that with our new house, flipped where the kitchen/livingroom would be so the good view out of the back of the house is much more usable. Super easy to do with a stick-built house, probably a fair bit harder with modular.
