- ljp_206 8y agoI agree. Increasing the visibility of help and reducing the friction to get that help is part of reducing the stigma around mental illness, depression, and suicide. Sure, it's awkward to offer a phone number to a stranger or even a friend in crisis, but imagine how things could be if that wasn't the case.
