I disagree, Atlassian products, IMHO, are notoriously full of pain points: speed, usability, lack of updates, old issues languish, lack of accountability, corporate greed, unwilling to add features that compete with "addons/plugins/etc". Supporting self hosted gets even more murky, documentation tends to be stale, updates tend to be in place and high availability is hit or miss.
