We work in a busy business park, 10 minutes from the warehouse, where UPS freight comes by and loads an 18 wheeler every day full of packages from a neighbor. They used to arrive at 2-3pm daily but we are now their seemingly last stop. Dropping packages off at 5pm to a business just doesn't work. All of my examples are for work locations. Residential is always a shit show, but business customers should be held to a higher standard considering they have operating hours that are standard.
