  Oh my, you're a big shot engineer and investor chap! Sorry, being British and something of a recluse, I don't really talk to people like yourself very often. Now I wish I'd omitted the "but I could be wrong" so I'd have looked a bit more decisive — and, y'know, less guarded-because-I've-been-on-forums-long-enough-to-know-that-I-should-cover-my-ass-against-all-possible-scenarios.
