Ask HN: Are there any services to find early adopters for a startup?

Something that would "force" people to try your product/service out and (maybe and hopefully) become an early customer OR explain why they don't want it (I'd say the latter is probably even more important because sometimes it takes months to get anywhere close to that first sale)
