As much as I might personally believe this baker to be a sanctimonious jerk, I believe in people's right to be a sanctimonious, prejudiced, awful jerk with their own stuff (just not other people's). For the same reason, I support a media company cancelling a TV show for racist tweets, or a sports association fining players for a particular action (even if I agree with the action). We don't make people less awful by forcing them to use their own stuff in the way we would like them to use it.
