- gremlinsinc 8y agoI'm waiting on 2nd wage claim, to file another for the following month.. once I get both claims approved, I'll file a small claims for each one...so I can make sure to get all I'm owed. I figure each wage claim is a separate case in and of itself. (IANAL though).
