The World’s Largest GMO Study Was Launched by Russians. Then It Disappeared
- mark_l_watson 8y agoWow, I think that it sounds like Monsanto paid for that article. I consider myself open minded about GMO, but this article seemed really biased. I suggest skipping it. It seems to have little bits of valid complaints about a bogus study, mixed with a lot of one sided coverage.
- Truestuff 8y agoThen what happened to this study? There was a lot of hype about it, supposedly a lot of money raised, and then nothing happens. It was supposed to be this big "independent" study on GMOs, and then nothing happens. That doesn't sound fishy?
- mark_l_watson 8y agoI totally agree that this one study sounds ‘fishy.’ That said, I think in general that GMO technology is moving forwards too fast without enough study. Same opinion on pesticides, and pesticide-GMO combos. We need to balance feeding more people with taking care not to cause a technology caused catastrophe.
