- maxerickson 8y agoAre there dictionary definitions of "islet" that don't amount to "small island"? I get that you are talking about a legal distinction, but no reason to expect such specific usage in casual conversation.
- sandworm101 8y agoIf at the highest tides waves crash over, it isnt an island. If the saltwater spay is so much that no plantlife grows, it is only a rock.
