I like to evaluate a job across four metrics: 1. livelihood: does it provide enough $$. 2. meaning: the end product/service, do I find it meaningful. 3. people: do I interact with colleagues, customers, etc. whom I find interesting and respect. 4. process: do I find the work in and of itself enjoyable, tending to put me in a flow state. The YouTubers might be lacking in 3., and depending on their personal tastes/needs, possibly the others too.
