Every country has its own legal requirements. As Telegram is a British company I assume it must comply only with British laws, right?
- y_molodtsov 8y agoTell that to GDPR. I’m pretty sure Apple meant the compliance with the regulations of the countries where the app is available.
- floatingatoll 8y agoTelegram may absolutely ignore non-British laws and refuse to concern itself with them. Independent of laws, Apple may refuse Telegram access to the App Store if a guideline is not met.
