I agree and it's annoying. Is there an easy way to fix that?

  There is, remove the max-width from the <pre> element and change white-space of the <code> element to e.g. pre-line.

  When posting a quote, don't indent the text. Just prepend '> ' instead, like this: > I agree and it's annoying. Is there an easy way to fix that? Readable on mobile, and makes clear what is/isn't a quote.
