These guys are great. I don’t think I would have negotiated to go permanent without Michael and his team. I really like where I work but because I infrequently change jobs I don’t have much experience negotiating my compensation. This makes the negotiations between me and my employer feel quite asymmetric. Having Michael provide advice helped me consider and ask for all of the things that will make my relationship with my employer as mutually beneficial as possible.
