  frankly you are treating Facebook and your phone as if they were addictive drugs instead of a way to communicate the government should take those away if people can't use them without hurting themselves taking some person heroin or cocaine away is a form of torture or human right violation too, but we let governments do it because we think those chemicals corrupt the individual who uses them
