I don't know -- if you listen to his response video he's pretty straightforward / reasonable in his contention. This streamer keeps coming at him, he keeps criticizing her use of copyright for censorship purposes, being a sensitive hypocrite, and then trying to play the victim while not accepting his apology. Both parties benefit from drama, but one of them is being rational about how to handle it.
