I've yet to meet or work with a great PM.

A PM is a person who can’t do the work themselves but has very strong opinions on what to do and how to do it.

Me too. They mostly just make a mess of things.

Where I work, we have 3 or so truly great PMs (ProDUCT Managers). I am so glad I work where I do.

That sucks. Partnering with a truly great PM can make your job as a dev many times more enjoyable than having to fight every battle on your own.
