On the other hand I, being in the EU, am VPNing my web traffic through the USA so I can access websites that block access to EU citizens or provide a degraded experience (such as the USA Today website). I also get less of those annoying banners asking me to consent to getting cookies or the processing of my personal data when I only want to read an article (these types of banners are in fact a known attack vector).
