Ask HN: How do you organize/ manage your personal stack of tools?

What's a good way to organize all the tools that I use in a neat and easily accessible manner? For example, I find it often very difficult to remember a particular online service or a particular Android app I used for task X six months ago. It is easy to keep track of the ones that I regularly use (say email), but very frustrating to rediscover that one killer lesser-known product every quarter. It would be also great if I can maintain a list of awesome products /tools/ services that I just came across but don't need write away.
