I think you mean that the NZ and US have both signed on to treaties governing copyrights.
- dexterdog 8y agoI thought that's what I said - NZ being strong-armed by the US.
- strictnein 8y agoStrong-armed would seem to imply something other than "uphold your end of the treaty we both signed".
