This article misses out the most important part about Camel's milk. You can freeze it. If you've ever tried freezing cow milk and thawing it you know it's ruined. But Camel milk can be frozen and thawed without changing the taste. I've had it a couple of times and, as a regular cow milk drinker, have a hard time telling the difference.
