Now add on the cost of paying someone to take orders at your stand, the stand itself, heating element, insurance, etc... that's a lot of $1 cheese sandwiches. Oh, and watch out for the hot dog stand guy or the guy selling beads near you who thinks you're encroaching on their turf.
